When you create an account we collect your name and email address. When you use FlickDoc we collect the documents you upload, videos you generate, and standard usage data (pages visited, actions taken, browser type, IP address).
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your email to send you account confirmations, video-ready notifications, and occasional product updates. We use usage data to improve the product, fix bugs, and prevent abuse. We do not sell your data to third parties.
3. Document Uploads
Files you upload are used solely to generate your videos. We do not read, sell, or share your document content. Files are stored securely and can be deleted from your account at any time.
4. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and remember your preferences. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work correctly.
5. Data Sharing
We share data only with service providers that help us operate FlickDoc — cloud hosting, email delivery, and payment processing. All providers are bound by confidentiality agreements. We will disclose data if required by law.
6. Data Retention
Account data is kept while your account is active and for 30 days after deletion, then permanently removed. You can request deletion at any time by emailing hello@flickdoc.pro.
7. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Email us at hello@flickdoc.pro and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
8. Security
We use industry-standard encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. Access to user data is restricted to authorised team members on a need-to-know basis.
9. Children
FlickDoc is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify registered users by email of material changes. Continued use of FlickDoc after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
